The Islamic brothels operating under the guise of madrasas must be shut down

Just as advertisements for sexual stimulants like Viagra are ubiquitous, reports of child rape now frequently appear as headline news in Bangladeshi newspapers. Furthermore, it is observed that individuals such as Madrasa teachers, mosque Imams, religious scholars, and Quranic Hafiz (memorizers) from various residential Hifz centers are implicated in these incidents.

But are the incidents reported in the media the only ones occurring?

Due to shame, fear, social pressure, or religious influence, parents whose children fall victim to sexual abuse often refrain from filing police complaints or speaking out. Consequently, countless such crimes remain hidden from public view.

If every instance of sexual violence against children—such as rape and sodomy—were brought to light, it would become evident that those involved are individuals cloaked in the guise of Islam. Given that the origins of Islam are intertwined with the Prophet Muhammad’s own history of child rape, sexual relations with women, sexual scandals, and group sex, such sordid tales of sexuality under the banner of Islam are nothing new.

These are “Islamic rapists.” Upon reading—or hearing the translation of—Quranic tales of sexuality in the name of Allah, and finding themselves sexually aroused, they—driven by the tenets of Islam and its fundamentalism—force their penises into the anuses of underage boys when they fail to instill Sharia teachings into their minds. Here, rape is viewed as a holy act in the name of establishing Sharia—a practice demonstrated by the Prophet Muhammad himself, who engaged in both vaginal and anal intercourse.

Since the Allah of this grand fable never explicitly forbade child rape anywhere in the Quran, child rape is considered permissible within Islam.

In Bangladesh, these religious figures—wearing the mantle of Islam—establish Madrasas and mosques while essentially engaging in mendicancy. They then become determined to transform the world into Jannat (Paradise). As they study the Quran—a text replete with sexual themes—they become captivated by visions of unbridled rape in Paradise, the promise of 72 *Houris* (virgins), and tales of group sex in harems. In the name of Sharia, Islam, and the Quran, they immerse themselves in the anuses of underage boys. This is how Islam is established. Yet, these very individuals masquerading in Islamic garb are the ones who scream at the top of their lungs, claiming they do not believe in same-sex rights.

To put an end to rape and sexual assault in Bangladesh, the government must take the initiative to shut down all madrasas. These brothels operating under the guise of religious madrasas must be closed down immediately.
